Innovative ponds is here to help you with any repairs you need for you water feature. If your pond was installed by us we have limited and even lifetime warranties on the products we carry, in the event we install a feature that fails under warranty we will replace it at no additional cost, including labor! We stand by our products and our approach to installing them.

What do you need fixed?

• Pump Failure: We identify the problem and fix or replace the pump if needed. It could be something as small as a blockage in the water pump or a electrical issue.

• Lighting: We diagnose and fix the issue with lighting whether it’s connection, bulbs, or wiring.

• Leaking (losing water): We have a strategy to identify any leaks your water feature has and fix the problem.

• Water Quality Issues: It’s possible the ecosystem of your pond is failing or is being poorly maintained. We will diagnose the issue and come up with a plan to resolve this.

Our Monthly & Biweekly Maintenance Includes:

• Adding Beneficial Bacteria

• Maintaining Pump

• Cleaning Skimmer Net & Filter Net

• Maintaining Spillway

• Trimming and maintaining Aquatic Plants

• Fertilizing Water Lilies (done every 8 weeks)

• Removing Debris

• Maintaining pond lighting and making repairs if needed

• Performing Fall Shut down on last visit of year (included with bi-weekly or monthly maintenance!)

Fall Shut Down Service

• Remove pumps for the season & clean pump

• Install De-Icer

• Install Aerator

• Install pond netting (early fall) & removal of pond netting (2nd visit)

  • This helps prevent excessive leaves from entering the pond

• Remove leaves from pond
